Why We Do This Work

I strongly believe that improvement in public education lies in the ability of board members and their Superintendent to effectively work together to create a unified vision and mission. In my experience, successful leadership fosters a culture where communication, accountability, transparency, and collaboration are valued, ultimately leading to long-term growth and stability. Our hope is to be able to support boards and their leaders to build greater trust, stronger working relationships, and their mutual clarity of purpose.
Dr. Nancy M. Hacker
I come to this work having gained a firm appreciation as a board member and board leader that the trust and quality of the relationships we have among one another, our superintendent and community as a whole makes a meaningful difference in the way our school district functions and feels. Along with my business partner and long time superintendent Dr. Nancy Hacker, I am eager to support school boards and their superintendents in the self-reflection and pursuit of how they can function best for the sake of their school communities.
